Breakfast is very important for your health. You cant give an excuse once you see these delicious healthy recipe. 5 best heavy breakfast that you eat in your breakfast which always keep you energized.


Stuff Brown Bread-  As you know brown bread is very beneficial for your health. To make extra beneficial for  health i added some veggies  for stuffing such as carrot,onion and tomato or mayonnaise for make extra delightful. It is easy to make keep your stomach full at least 4 hours



Roll Stuff Paratha-  Paratha is staple breakfast of India. If you eat paratha with chutney or achar. Please try this recipe it is easy to make and healthy for body and always keeps your stomach full and happy.  Take one boil potato , onion, chilies , mixed it well and add salt one tablespoon spread over paratha and make a roll of it than eat it well.


Sprouts and chapatti- People mainly eat chapatti in lunch but there is no restriction to eat chapatti in breakfast. Sprouts are blissful for your health if you eat 2 chapatti regularly in breakfast you will become the most healthiest and energetic person in your surrounding.

Vegetable Upma-  Upma is one the most common breakfast even i also eat vegetable upma in my breakfast. Its easy to make and healthy for body. Along with vegetables this ones definitely healthy for your body.

Milk with roasted chapatti - This is one of the healthiest breakfast i ever had in my diet. People who are suffering from deficiency of vitamins and nutrition.Guys please add this all right fine dish. In 2 weeks you see the change in yourself because its vigorously increases the level of blood in your body
