How to make delicious Guacamole Sweet Potatoes

Guacamole is a dish which is made up of Avocado and many healthy veggies. How to make Guacamole sweet potatoes? 


  • 4 sweet potatoes, unpeeled cut in to 1/4" thick slices. 
  • 2 tablespoon chilly powder.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • 2 tablespoon salt or as per your taste 
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice. 
  • cilantro for grannish
  • 3 avocado peeld , pitted . 
  • 2 tomatoes chopped. 
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 green chilies drained.  
Lets cook:

Step one: Preheat oven to 220C. After that baked sweet potatoes for 45 minutes until tender. Let cool slightly for 10 minutes and then peel.
Step two : Take a pan add 3 tablespoon olive oil and add all the veggies, peeld avocados  and chilly powder , garlic powder and add of  salt   in to it for 5-8 minutes. 

Step 3 : Take roasted potatoes slices and stuff the mixture over it and garnish with cilantro and serve it gracefully.
