Baby corn recipe

Baby corn recipe is one of the healthiest and scrumptious recipes. Most of the people love to eat baby corn but to make it more interesting and extra healthy you can try this recipe which is easy to make and healthy to eat. You can use this recipe at any occasion as stater, really  your friends and family members become fan after eating this recipe in your party.

Ingredients:-

  • 10-12 baby corns.
  • 4 onions .
  • 4 chillies.
  • 1 tablespoon minced or crushed Ginger. 
  • 1 tablespoon minced or Garlic.
  • 2 capsicum, thinly slice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup 
  • 1/2 tablespoon black paper powder. 
  • Salt to taste.

How to make it:-

Step 1-  First take baby corns cut it vertically from the top into two pieces. And chopped other vegetables.

Step 2-  After chopping, take baby corns dip in to boiled water and add 1/2 tablespoon salt . leave it for 10 minutes than drained the water from it.


Step 3- Now take a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and heat it at medium flame. Add minced ginger and garlic and all chopped vegetables and saute them for 5 minutes. 

Step 4- Add boiled baby corn on the pan and add black paper , soy sauce and tomato ketchup over it and mix everything well and leave it for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
