Ingredients

#  2 Avocado 
#  1 onions
#  2 tomatoes 
#   1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
#   2 table spoons olive oil.
#   1 baguette 
#   Clove of garlic.  


Directions

Chop avocado, tomatoes and onion place in the bowl., Add olive oil, cilantro, salt, pepper to taste. 

Slice baguette, and drizzle with olive oil. And toast under the broiler until it becomes golden brown. After that rub with garlic and top with avocado mixture. 

Second Scrumptious Recipe-  "Avocado Toast"

Ingredients 

# Toast.
#  Grey Sea Salt. 
#  Chia Seeds. 
# Lemon.
# Avocado 
# Cumin Salt.
# Olive Oil 

Directions:

Cut the avocado half and remove the pit and scoop the into a bowl. After that add lemon juice and a pinch of pepper flocks and zest of lemon and 1/4 cup of sea salt and mix everything properly and keep the texture slightly chunky. 

Spread the mixture on each piece of toast and garnish red pepper flakes and drizzle the olive oil. 

Third Scrumptious Recipe -  Avocado Salad 

Ingredients 

# 2 Tomatoes 
# 1 onion 
#  2 Avocados - Peel, pitted and diced. 
#  1 Green bell pepper, Chopped. 
#  Salt and Pepper to taste.
#  1/2 lime juice. 

Directions- 

In one medium bowl combine avocado, onion, tomatoes, Cilantro, green bell pepper, salt, lime juice and toss it until even coated. Garnish with coriander.
