According to the studies every third woman at age of 18-25 or more than  is suffering from PCOS , and the main interesting point is most of the women have no knowledge about PCOS. PCOS  stand for Polycystic Overy Syndrome, it is the condition that affect women hormone level and women produce higher than normal amount of male hormone. This is generally caused by heavy weight , high sugar level in your body, salt level and much more. If you eat one green vegetable daily you will see the changes in your immunity system and easily you get rid from acne problem. 

Drink Water:- 

Water always keep your body hydrated and it reduces the symptoms of PCOS by increasing your energy level. Drink at least 8 glasses water daily, you can also drink lemon and water in the morning it can help acne- prone skin irritation and also stable the hormone. 

Fruit :- 

Fruit is a rich source of vitamins, minerals , potassium , folate. Women who are suffering from PCOS always  eat low GI fruits like orange, grapes, kiwi, cherries, apricots, apples, peaches and more.The reason why should i advise you to eat low GI index fruits because the high GI index fruits raises the sugar level this often causes serious weight problem and can lead to increased the insulin level.

Avoid Dairy Products-  The most evidence research  suggested that dairy products like milk, cheese, butter, cream contribute the significant amount of fat. Milk contains lactose sugar that  can lead to increase insulin levels leading to increased cellular growth and acne. Milk contains growth stimulating factor hormone which increases androgen resulting in high sebum production and acne.
