Paneer is very important for health . So i decided to share a scrumptious recipe with you . Schezwan paneer fingers is a lip-smacking and easy to make recipe. This recipe is perfect for parties, evening snacks or any occasions.
Ingredients:-
* 200 gm chopped into cube paneer.
* 100 gm corn flour
* Ginger and garlic paste - 3 tablespoon
* 2 onion finely chopped.
* vinegar- 2 tablespoon
* soy sauce- 2 tablespoon.
*Green chillies - 3 choppped
* oil for fry
* salt - As per taste

* plain flour 100 gm (maida).
* Red chilly powder
How to make Schezwan Paneer Fingers Recipe:-
1 Mix the maida and corn flour in a bowl
2 Add water , salt and mix them properly
3 Add vinegar and soy sauce.
4 Take cooking pan add 2 tablespoon oil and pour garlic and ginger , green chilies, onions, paper, and red chilly powder and mix it well
5 After that off the pan from the gas add this to the batter.
6 Take deep bottom cooking pan and add some oil and heat it for 3 minutes
7 Dip the paneer finger in the batter and fry until it become brown.
8 After fry take paneer finger out of the pan serve with sauce or chutney.
