Hello guys , as you know summer is coming and i am here with refreshing, scrumptious and healthy layered fruit salad recipe. Layered fruit salad contains variety of fruits and crushed cookies and cream. This speedy recipe required only 15 minutes ,totally fruity and multi flavored packed recipe.
Ingredients:-
* 2/3 Cup fresh orange juice
* 1/3 Cup fresh lemon juice
* 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
* 2 Cups grapes.
* 1 Cup strawberries
* 2 Banana
* 2Kiwi
* 2 pineapple chunks
*2 Orange
* 1/2 Cup cream
* Chopped cookies (4,5)
* Brown sugar
*Orange and lemon zest
How to prepare ?
Step1- Take orange juice, lemon juice, orange and lemon zest, brown sugar and boil them in a saucepan over medium heat let it for 2 minutes, after that reduce the heat and let it for 5 minutes.
Step2- After 5 minutes pour them all in to the glass bowl and add vanilla extract to it. and leave it for cooling. Mean while arrange fruits and decorated them in to the glass blow.
Step3- Pour the sauce over the fruits and keep this layered fruit salad in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step4- Before serving add chopped cookies and cream over it and serve with smile and enjoy the dish.
