How to make pasta healthy ?

Pasta is very common  food today.It is easy to prepare and at the same time tasty and nutrition .Pasta is the staple food of Italy but it is very famous in all over the world.Generally people are very confused about pasta , is this good food for midday meal my answer to them is yes , if you eat once in a week and it's doesn't threat to your waist line.The main thing is how we make pasta healthier, don't worry i am here to give you the simple  steps of making pasta healthier
.

Steps are given below :-

#1 Take 2 cups of water , make sure it is mineral water, because the unhygienic water makes your stomach upset and then you thought that it is just because of pasta , so use fresh mineral water and boil it for 2 minutes. 

#2 After water get boiled, add pasta and cover it by cap and leave it for 12-15 minutes. 

#3 Now use firm vegetables like Carrot, onion, reddish, beetroot, broccoli , capsicum and 2 cloves of garlic,finely chopped. Don't boiled vegetables, take 2 spoon olive oil and cooked in the pot for 5 minutes. 

#4 After cooked vegetables and pasta mix it both and add spices whatever you like, and you can also add some chopped garden herb for the beautiful texture. 

Special Tip:-

People who are suffering from acidity problem they are generally avoid pasta. Don't do that guys. Just drink  one cup cold milk before eating pasta, cold milk reduces the acid level in the stomach , so that you eat pasta without any worries.
