Periods are the very special time in a month for women. Basically, periods are the biggest thing that differentiate between men and women, so diet in periods must be different, generally women doesn't take nutrition diet during periods and this may affect on their health. We all are going through the periods cramp, the hardest pain during these days makes u weak, my question to all women is why are  u are not taking period diet seriously, before you think about it , i know the answer, i m a women i supposed to hurt ITS JUST A PERIOD, yes this an answer .Aware girls aware its not a simple thing all your hormone your stamina your immunity system , pregnancy is all depend on this.So i am writing this article for everyone read aware share and follow.

#1 Vegetables :- Vegetables are the excellent nutrition for your body heath, but there are some special green leafy vegetables that give you the energy and increases the resistant power to fighting with periods cramp. Here a list. 

* Spinach- Contains vitamins A,B,C,B6,K , potassium, folate, calcium , iron, magnesium,  copper and much more

* Broccoli - It is low in fat, the main power broccoli contains is 91% water by weight this may help to rid from bloating and abdominal pain. 

* Carrot- Eating carrot during periods is the easiest way to overcome the cramp and its make you whole day refresh and energetic.Carrot can help to regularize the both heaving bleeding and irregular periods.

* Bottle gourd (Lauki ) - when periods comes in a irregular interval of time it generally causes acne problem , this may be reduce by eating bottle gourd. Many girls at the age of 18 are suffering from irregular periods and acne problem.Many girls not like lauki, i give you the advise how to have it. My mom cooks lauki curry with potatoes and tomatoes and you can also make raitai , when making ratia must be precook lauki. 

#2 Fruits :-  Fruits like banana, cherries , papaya, apple these are the best fruits which help to reduce the cramping during periods. These fruits can also regulate the bowels , which is effective for women who are experience diarrhea during periods. 

#3 Nuts & Seeds :-  Nuts & Seeds like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds are super healthy and great source of minerals , vitamins, iron, calcium , protein and much more. These superpowers always keep your brain active and body energetic.
